But our bridge players refused to be intimidated; instead they played on, fueled by lasagna, bread and salads for lunch, playing the last two rounds of the afternoon with no lights. Everyone helped, moving tables near the windows for available light--AND FINISHED THE LAST TWO ROUNDS IN THE DARK! Way to go!! really intense. In fact, not more than a mile
away a small tornado touched down in the
area of BellSouth. Hail the size of quarters
fell for about five minutes, then torrential rain.
